Studio Policies

Enrolment

Enrollment form must be signed and returned before commencement of lessons.
 
Payment of fees

Fees are to be payed either in cash or directly into specified account.
 
Fees are payable at the start of each term and within two weeks from the commencement of lessons. Fees reserve a weekly time slot allocated to the student. These fees are payable whether or not the lesson is attended. (see Missed Lessons)
 
Late payment will result in the full lesson rate being charged, and/or the student’s place in the studio may be offered to someone else. (Part payments may be made in exceptional circumstances).

Missed lessons

No refund or credit will be given for the failure to attend lessons. (If an alternative time becomes available, that time may be offered but this is not guaranteed.) If a student is away for an extended period of time (more than 2 weeks) the fee rate of 50% will apply from the third week to keep that time available to the student. 
 
If the teacher is unable to attend on the appointed day then an alternative make-up lesson time will be arranged. If the lesson is unable to be made up then it will be credited to the following terms fee.
 
Termination of Lessons

Lessons may only be discontinued at the end of each term. If lessons are discontinued before this, the remainder of the term's fees must be paid.
 
Illness

If a student is deemed too unwell to attend school, then they should not be brought to a lesson.
 
Supervision

All students under the age of 18 are to be accompanied to the lesson by a parent.
